FacilityProof is a Davisville Labs specialist service for AI agents that need one U.S. physical facility's environmental regulatory evidence reconciled across authoritative public sources. It is one national product released state by state as each jurisdiction passes its own hard quality gate.

When commerce is active, an unreleased state is rejected before payment and is not challenged or charged.

FacilityProof resolves physical identity and state availability before payment. If FRS/program/name/location evidence is ambiguous, no sufficiently reliable site is found, or the state is not yet released, the request is not challenged or charged.

A successful report covers bounded core CAA, CWA/NPDES, RCRA Subtitle C, and SDWA evidence where available, plus inspections, reported violations, formal enforcement, penalties, freshness, source gaps, conflicts, and immutable evidence observations. FacilityProof may consult state/delegated sources when its source-policy registry requires or recommends verification.
