FacilityProof processes facility-identification inputs and bounded query parameters needed to resolve one physical facility and retrieve released environmental evidence. Depending on the operation, this can include facility names, addresses or location context, FRS or program identifiers, jurisdiction, source-routing identifiers, operation and pricing metadata, and technical delivery status.

Public-source research

FacilityProof queries allowlisted authoritative public environmental systems using server-generated requests. Public records can contain business names, facility contacts, enforcement parties, or other information published by government agencies. FacilityProof limits retrieval and output to fields needed by the released evidence contract and does not use public-source records to create unrelated personal profiles.

Analytics and payments

Commerce analytics is privacy-minimized and is designed not to include raw prompts, arbitrary request bodies, payment credentials, private keys, buyer IP addresses, or paid result bodies. Payment providers process credentials on their own rails. FacilityProof retains bounded replay, settlement, idempotency, and delivery-recovery state needed to prevent duplicate charging and recover paid delivery.

Retention and disclosure

Davisville Labs may retain normalized public-source observations, evidence provenance, payment-recovery state, and operational logs for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve source lineage, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell FacilityProof user data. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect the service and its users, or to service providers acting on our behalf.

Corrections and contact

Government records can be stale, corrected, or disputed. To report a material source issue, ask about retained information, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern, contact hello@davisvillelabs.com.
